Cows That Type
September 19 - November 8, 2009
“Farmer Brown has a problem: his cows love to type.” So begins the hilarious negotiations between a farmer and the suddenly-communicative animals on his farm who go on strike until their demands for “creature comforts” are met. Adapted from the celebrated Caldecott-winning book by Doreen Cronin, this high-energy musical playfully follows the cows and their barnyard cohorts as they try their hands at polite rebellion, armed only with a discarded typewriter and a few old books on “revolution.”
