MCT is a 75-seat house (audience raked/bench seating) with backstage, dressing room, sound/light board (rep plot) and lobby area.  

The space is available seven days a week for rehearsal, performance, class/instruction, audition, showing/showcase, photo/film/video shoot, literary readings.  

Stage: 24' wide x 20' deep (14' high to grid)

Rates: $35/hour (negotiable) w/ 2-hour min for rehearsals. (Call for rates for performances)

$1600/week for exlusive rental
